Down Under Tours is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Luxury Touring Concierge to join our team. This is a commercially focused role at the heart of our private touring offering — managing reservations, developing product, working with premium trade partners, and helping grow a business that delivers unforgettable Australian travel experiences.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the full private touring journey from the first enquiry through to guest departure. Day to day, that means crafting tailored proposals, managing bookings end-to-end in our reservations system, and delivering the kind of fast, personalised service that keeps luxury agents coming back.

Beyond reservations, you'll play an active role in shaping the product itself reviewing itineraries, identifying gaps, and working with Operations to bring new touring options to market. You'll also collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and content, and act as the key point of contact for our growing network of luxury travel advisors and DMC partners.

What success looks like

• Hitting (and ideally exceeding) the 2026 private touring revenue target

• Growing our actively booking agent base by 25% within your first 12 months
