CCW is a leading custom cabinetry and joinery manufacturer based in Stratford, Cairns. Due to continued growth and investment in new technology, we are seeking a motivated and reliable CNC & Edgebanding Machine Operator to join our expanding team.

With recently installed machinery and additional equipment scheduled for installation in the coming months, this is an exciting opportunity to join our business and receive training ahead of future growth plans.

About the Role

As a CNC & Edgebanding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating CNC and edgebanding machinery

• Monitoring machine performance and maintaining quality standards

• Reading and interpreting production schedules and job specifications

• Assisting with machine setup and routine maintenance

• Ensuring a safe and organised work environment

• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliability and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Experience operating CNC or woodworking machinery (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to learn and undertake training
